• 1. Vetted educators: mandatory background checks (Casier Judiciaire Bulletins N°3 & N°5 — Protection des mineurs) for all instructors.
• 2. Supervision ratio & educator substitutions: 1 lead educator in class with on-site admin/operations staff present at the venue. Fully trained and vetted substitute educators are assigned when lead instructors are ill.
• 3. Secure pick-up & emergency SAMU 112: physical Pick-Up Card system, photo ID checks, verbal phone verification, and explicit SAMU 112 emergency medical authorization with CNS primary health insurance billing.
• 4. Pediatric first aid & annual health re-validation: certified staff on-site; continuous health and allergy tracking re-validated annually (31 July) under GDPR Art. 9 explicit consent.
• 5. Guided digital safety & internal photos: supervised internet browsing; mandatory internal child headshots for safety rosters; strict CNPD granular double-consent separation from marketing media.
• 6. Positive learning & anti-bullying: zero tolerance for bullying or physical harm; a positive reinforcement environment.
