Exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. You do not need to sign in, and you do not need to give a reason.

Your right of withdrawal

Under EU Directive (EU) 2023/2673 Art. 11a and Terms §4.1, you may withdraw from a course booking within 14 calendar days of your booking confirmation, without giving any reason. A €25 administrative fee is retained from any refund, as set out in Terms §4.1.

The reference printed in your registration confirmation email, for example KLS-A7K92M4P. Capitalisation and spacing do not matter.
